Note: Please double-check that you’ve added the correct address. If address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and customer will be liable for reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with customer (if and as applicable).

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

It takes 2-3 business days for payment to clear before fulfilment process takes place.

Fulfilment process takes 2-5 business days, orders are shipped within 5 business days.
